FAQs.

  • Once an order is placed, an email order confirmation will be mail out. Please allow up to 3-4 processing time excluding weekends for your order to be shipped out. Shipping takes about 2-3 days depending on the courier company.

    As we hand-pour each candle and the entire process including pouring, labelling and shipping is done manually, processing time generally takes longer.

    For any urgent orders, please DM us via Instagram or drop us an email to enquire.

  • Upon receiving the email confirmation, orders will be arranged to be processed, hence we are unable to cancel or change.

  • Immediately contact us via hello@shopduskhour.com or drop us a message on Instagram with your order ID number to request an update of your shipping address.

  • Please email customer service hello@shopduskhour.com or drop us a message on Instagram with your order ID number and date and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • All items are gift packed specially according to its product nature, ready for gifting!

  • Our ingredients are all from Korea and US and each item is handmade to order.

  • Yes all our candles are safe to burn, however before any burning do remember to trim the wick short, remove any dried flowers (if any) and place a base below the candle to catch the melting wax.

    However, we strongly recommend not to burn the candle instead use it as a decorative piece around the house as it gives us a mild scent even without burning it. In view of the weather conditions in Singapore, do place it away from direct sun / heat.

  • Yes we do offer whole sale prices as low as $5 for each item, do contact us for more information.

Delivery & Payments.

  • We ship all orders at a flat fee of $6. Enjoy free delivery when you shop more than $60!

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification.

  • All candles comes with our standard packing which may differ depending on the items purchased.

    They will then be safely hand packed in bags while in transit to you!

  • We are sorry as due to the current pandemic situation we don’t offer self collection at the moment.

Exchanges & Returns.

  • We are sorry as we don’t offer refunds as all products are created according to client’s order.

    In any event you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact the customer service, we will be happy to work out an alternative solution.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
