Once we received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your mailbox. Processing time for each design differs between within 2-4 working days before its shipped out, our logistics partner would deliver your order within 1-2 (excluding Sunday and Public Holiday)

Packaging may vary depending on the items ordered, however all purchases comes with a base plate, a box of matches.

All candles are hand-poured individually and prepared in small batches, hence producing time takes longer. Also, there is no identical piece, each candle is unique in its way.
